I recycle boxes where possible for packaging. Please let me know if the bear is to be a present and you require a new box.
Payment is to be made in full, except when ordering a commission. In these instances a 25% deposit will be required.
Payment should be made by cheque and further details will be sent when you make an enquiry. Your bear will be despatched once payment has cleared. Please contact me if you wish to pay by Paypal.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase then please return the bear in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
Bears being sent through the mail should never be squashed up to make them fit.
